What does Livizm offer instructors?

Who can instruct on Livizm?
Livizm does not require formal teaching credentials. We believe that many adults can offer quality learning experiences based on their expertise and interests. We do, however, have several requirements, detailed below. Instructors need to fulfill these requirements to become and to remain an instructor on Livizm:
> You must be at least 18 years old
> You must reside full-time in Canada or of the 50 United States
> You must have one or more expertise or passion that you will base your classes around
> You must meet our community standards, including prompt, professional communication with participants and the Livizm team
> You must observe our class content policy, including the policy that Livizm classes are inclusive and non-dogmatic
> You must have a reliable and fast Internet connection (over 3Mbps upload and download)
> You must have the technical know-how to effectively run online classes
> You must have a good command of written and spoken English
> You must verify your identity
What topics should I offer?
Topics should be focused on the areas of spiritual exploration, personal growth, and well-being. Examples of topics include meditation, contemplative arts, world religions, philosophy, psychology, mindful movements, medicinal plants, and so on.
At the core of every program offered should be a sense of discovery towards meaning, purpose, and connection to self, others, and the Universe through an inclusive and welcoming community.
We encourage instructors to create programs on topics they are passionate about and experienced with, and ideally have taught before. Instruction can be provided through a variety of formats from pre-recorded to live sessions for participants aged 18 and up.
We generally suggest offering a range of classes including short-form introductory classes that meet 1-4 times, as well as longer-form multi-month courses. Training programs are also welcomed.
What does it cost? And how do I get paid?
It’s free to list classes on Livizm. We take a 30% service fee from enrollments, so we only get paid when we succeed in bringing you participants. You have full control over the listed price for a class and the number of registrants. You receive payment via PayPal each month.
